Crack Activation This game is seriously underwheliming. I bought it because the clay animation promissed something new and fresh which I am all for. In game it actually looks like♥♥♥♥♥♥ Everything is just blurry and not pleasant to look at. The controls are wonky (with keyboard and mouse) and you can hardly avoid obstacle because of it. Combat you just mash attack and it autoaims at enemies to compensate for said controls. But what really turned me off is the "story" and dialogue. It's the cringy meta-humor a 13 year old would write if tasked with writing for a game for the first time. "Oh, what's this? A Chest that talks? Wow, that's not how things normally are! SO CARZY!" Played half an hour and imediately refunded.. It's a clay, clay ,clay, world. Interesting gameplay, stunning plasticine visuals, nice humor. Awesome game. Definitely must have.. Quite a fun little game made of clay. Its an isometric RPG style game where you squash bugs and cactus that shoot at you and all sorts of stuff. There's quests and lots of character upgrades, there's a decent amount of stuff to do, it took me 8 hours to beat it but there was still a lot in the game I hadn't done so its definitely worth the money. There are some issues though like enemies doing way too much damage, certain items that are hard to obtain, lot of issues due to the game being isometric like walking into objects by accident, bullets missing enemies and not being able to hit enemies despite being very close to them. Would be good if there were a way to dodge or attack while moving since you cannot which is a shame. Lot of annoying little issues like that but if you can get past them its a fun and funny little game. Definitely worth a try at the very least. 8/10. The developers have spent a lot of time on this game and it looks amazing, they focused on the looks a bit too much though, it does look appealing and heavinly, the story is decent but the combat is a pain, it's very slow, buggy and broken, I completed this game but, it was a struggle.4/10. I got this game because I got a voucher with a Steam badge. Never heard of it before, but the low price made me think "what the hell, not really losing much here". It was a great decision, it's a fun game with a great art style. Given the layout of the levels I would recommend using a controller, as using a keyboard is a little difficult the way the level is angled a little. I'm not bothered by this, though.. The style is nice, but that's about the only enjoyable thing about it. Movement is awkward and stilted, and you have no control over what you're attacking due to auto aim. The story is ok but the translation is bad and the attempted jokes are cringy and fall flat, which makes it painful to make your way through. It's too easy to miss collectibles when dungeons are one time only and sometimes give you multiple irreversable directions to take. Combined with an autosave/save point system, it's just frustrating. I don't play games to be frustrated.. Bad Stuff. The claymation drew me in, everything else pushed me away. The dialogue is not funny and unengaging. It tries to be humerous but winds up being awkward. The music sucks. It's mono-tone accordian with bland electric guitar noodling. The gameplay was boring and clunky. Bastion was the obvious idol here but it doesn't even come close.Categorize this bad boy under "missed potential". It could've been weird in a good way but misses the mark.. Totally excited about this game! Have already completed the game once and now hunting all the achievements. Here is why I'm in love with this game: Colorful and crazy game world where almost every pumpkin is trying to share its thoughts with you. It's made so organically well that after some time you'll find yourself actually living in this world. Plasticine setting suits the game really well. There are not so many plasticine games which you can't imagine being made not of plasticine, you know. Don't open the doors is a great example (alongside the Neverhood of course). Hack'n'slash game mechanics. If you love games like Bastion or even Diablo give this game a try. The controls aren't casual like in the Diablo though so be ready to run and evade from attacks a lot. The story is weird in a funny way. There are tons of dialogs and I read each and every of them. Sometimes I was laughing obscenely loud :)Of course, you can find some disadvantages, especially if you're tempted hack'n'slash player. The combat system is a bit clumsy and there is no enough variety of weapons, skills and other RPG related stuff as for me. But I didn't actually think about all of these things before my first game completion :) Summarizing, if you love hack'n'slash games or games with a rich game world and an addictive story or hand-crafted games with a soul or games with talking pumpkins then I strongly recommend to think about purchasing this game. If you love all of those, then buy it immediately for sure! :)
